Jessi Stafford, 27, of Columbia is watching over Arlo Topping, 4, Morgan Turgeon, 5, and Ethan Turgeon, 2 at Family Fun Fest. Stafford waited in line for over 40 minutes to get the children their balloons. The kids were on a rotating stroller schedule, and Morgan began pouting when her turn was up.

Cayden Steinward, 2, is getting his face painted by Susie Getzlaff of Trading Faces at Family Fun Fest in the parking lot behind Flat Branch on October 21st. This was the last Family Fun Fest of the season, and parents with their children packed the small parking lot and stood in line to get their faces painted, decorate pumpkins, and get balloon animals among other various activities.

Studio Free Time

Well,
I had signed up to retry my metal shoot, but, after looking over my take, I realized that I did not need to shoot it again (I hope), but I still had the time. So, I called my brother, Matt, who works across the street at the Locust Street Building to see if he had time to let me take portraits of him.

I mainly just wanted to play around in the studio. I regretted not using a colored background on Naomi's portrait, so I thought I would give it a try.

Here are three of my pictures, each using different lighting set ups.

I liked both of these, and they are very similar to my one select. But they both have things that I think make them a little bit not worthy. But then, I bet it I look at all three of them tomorrow, I will wish I had chosen differently. I liked the position of the cherry in the top one, and the angle of the bottom one. I think the select is a good balance between the two.
